Jason has spent more than 20 years working across Financial Markets, Technology and Product. He began his career as a software engineer before joining Goldman Sachs, where he progressed from front-office technology leadership to running the Emerging Markets electronic business across FX, Credit and Rates. He later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he ran the European eFX trading business.
Since leaving banking, Jason has held senior roles in fintech, including leading global engineering and product organisations, and has co-founded businesses in fintech and digital assets. Prior to joining Hilltop Walk, he advised global financial institutions on product and AI strategy.
